If I simply add my daughter to the title of a mortgaged property in which she resides, will the mortgage become due at that point?

Hi morusiewicz!
Welcome to forums!
While you add your daughter to the property deed, you should inform the lender about it. If the lender has any issues he would let you know immediately. In case, the lender comes to know about the transfer of the property later on, he may ask you to pay off the dues immediately.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

hi morusiewicz,
The best way to do this is just create a will, other wise you will have to refianance the home and include you daughter in the loan.
