Joint Tendency

My father owns property that I am I listed as he joint tendent on. He has been talking recently about adding another joint tendent, can he do this without me knowing or concenting to it?
for any changes in title, all who are currently on title would have to assent; so, yes, that means you'd need to be included in any transaction of this type.

Thanks for your response. I am curious about one more thing. When you say "title" does that mean the "joint tendency" paperwork? Sorry this is all new to me and I am not sure how it all works.

Hi Snunes,

As far as I can understand, the title here means the paperwork for joint tenancy.

Thanks

"title" refers to the ownership. whoever is an owner is "on title."
