We bought a home for our son and want to add him to the title of the deed. The property is in trust right now. How will we do so?
Hi Yuri,
If the property is free and clear, then you can use a warranty deed and add your son's name to it.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Yuri!
Welcome to the forums!
As the home is in a trust, you may get in touch with a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He may let you know the right process to add your son to the property deed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
