My brother helped me with the downpayment on a house. I purchased the house under my name only. He would like ot be added on the title. How can I add him on the title for 50% and remain myself for the other 50%.

Hi Wally,
You can add your brother to the title of the house through a quit claim deed and both be the owners of the house. You can also opt for joint tenancy form of ownership which allows both of you to have an equal and undivided right to the property.
