I need to add my son to our deed but we want to remain on it too. What forms and process do we use?
Welcome Felicia,
You can use a quitclaim deed in order to add your son to the property deed. Your name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property whereas your son's name and your name will be mentioned as the grantee. This will let both of you remain the owner of the property.
