MY HUSBAND AND I ARE 60 AND 64 CAN WE INCLUDE OUR SON ON MORGAGE SO WE CAN EXTEND TERMS...my husband and i are 60 and 64 can we put our son who is29 on our mortgage and extend the terms as he will live there after we are gone

you can add your son to the mortgage provided he has a good credit score and income history. moreover, when you add your son to the mortgage, you will have to refinance the mortgage and thus you will have to bear the closing costs.
