I'm in a bit of a triangle with my family and need some information on how to go about adding my name on to the title of a property. The property was purchased by my mother with the help of my cousin and since then my mother has given me the home, in order to add me to the deed would my mother and i have to sign a new one or does the other individual have to as well?

if the property is in your mother and cousin's name, then both of them will have to sign a quit claim deed and add your name to the property. however, if your mother's name is on the property deed, then she will be required to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the property to you.
