I have an acre in the back corner of a forty. I have a 30 ft. right-of-way to my property.
For 28 yrs, I have maintained and taken care of all the land in front of me, as well as several acres to the right of my property. .
How can I as an individual, without a lawyer sue for adverse property ?

Welcome zachsan,
In order to go for an adverse possession, the individual will have to file a lawsuit at the courthouse. You will require an attorney to fight the lawsuit and get a judgment in your favor. Without an attorney, I don't think it would be possible for you to fight the case.
