titling after dissolution

Posted on: 26th May, 2010 06:07 pm
hi, my company was involuntarily dissoluted. by law i received 100% ownership of a real property. is there such a thing as a affidavit of dissolution? or what should i record to title the property in my name? thanks
Hi executve,

You must have received a deed mentioning your 100% ownership in the property. You will have to record that deed at the county recorder's office. This will make your ownership of the property legal and valid.
