My husband and I are joint tenants with my parents on their property. In 2007 my mother passed away but the county did not request a change in ownership statement death of real property owner and in 2012 my father passed away as well. I need to do a change in ownership statement and included in the statement is an affidavit of death of joint tenant. My question is do I do an separarte affidavit for each of my parents or can it be combined on one affidavit?
There is no other heirs and there is no probate.

Welcome gmay,
Well, as far as I know, you can use one affidavit form in order to change the ownership. Nevertheless, it will be better if you can contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this regard.

Separate affidavits are generally not required is case of joint tenants.
