i have a quiot claim deed and i was told an affidavit was neccessary as well. does durable power of attorney over

As far as I know, durable power of attorney can help you in over-riding the affidavit of the non-borrower. However, it will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
