We have an affidavit heirship on file in Tarrant County, My dad have property in another county do i have to file an affidavit of heirship in that county where his property is or will the affidavit of heirship for Tarrant county take care of both counties.

You will have to file the affidavit of heirship in the county recorder's office where the property is located. You cannot file it in any other county.
