My father is facing a disease and cannot take care of himself. He is handicapped and needs round-the-clock medical assistance. I need to sell off all his items immediately. How can I quickly arrange for an estate sale so that his property is in the market?
Hi Guest,
You need to call up an estate agent in order set up a sale of the property. You should have a power of attorney in order to sell off your father's property. If you do not have the power of attorney, then you will face problems in doing so.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Guest!
Welcome to the forums!
Yes, an estate agent will be the best person to help you sell off his property. However, if your father is medically fit to sign the property deed in your favor, then he can transfer the property to you and then you can sell it off.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
