no, he has no life estate on it, as well. however, he claims, as if he had no idea what he was signing. he excuse is: he trusted me too much. however, he had bad credit history, , and bank would not finance the property with his credit. so financing should have been done, on my name only, and in order to do so, this paper was required to be signed. and besides this, he had signed bill of sale before, when i helped my parents to buy their house. so it is no new for him. he just uses any excuse at this moment. it is just my attorney states that it will be difficult to battle with this, and i am wondering, how difficult it is. what can i do to finish with all this as soon as possible? please advise.

Even I think that it will be a difficult time for you. If your husband can prove this legally that he was forced to sign, he might get back the property.
It will be better for you to take advice from your attorney and work accordingly.
