My father-in-law is dying and he would like to transfer his business to his brother do we need an attorney for this? The property is completely paid for building, land.
Hi tweidmann!
Welcome to forums!
It is better to take the help an attorney in order to get the business transfer deed drafted. He will also help your father in filling out the deed and recording it at the county clerk's office.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
