Hello there… My uncle recently passed away and does not have any heirs apart from us. He hasn't left any will. I want to know if he has bought any real property in the USA since I heard him say that he bought several properties. However, I cannot find the titles to it. Is there anyway I can search for it myself?
Hi Guest,
If he had any real estate attorney, then you should get in touch with him in this regard. You can even get in touch with the county recorder's office and check out if he really had any property in his name.
Take care

Visit the recorder's office. You can find informtation whether or not your uncle has any property in his name there.
Depends where your uncle lived. The recorder there should be able to help you out.
A title company can do a nationwide name search for you. Try First American Title.
