I bought my home before I was married so the Quitclaim shows me "individually" and not I need it to read my name and my wife's name as "Joint Tenants", do you accomplish this using the same type of Quitclaim and I, the grantor, gran to "myslef" and my wife as Joint Tenants?
Just want to make sure. Seems pretty straight forward.
Thanks in advance

Hi ronaldekstrom!
Welcome to forums!
You can use a quitclaim deed in order to add your spouse to the property. You can add the clause of joint tenancy while filing out the form. You can contact an attorney and he will help you in filling out the deed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
