Me and my father own propery together. how do i Take my name off. then change or put my mothers name in my spot??

if you wish to change your name on deed and keep your mom's name on it, then sign a quit claim deed to do that. contact your attorney to sign a quit claim deed.

a quit claim deed is definitely in order, and your attorney can work with you to have it completed in compliance with your desires.
