my husbamd had a note on our house he died i filed the affidavit of death iam on the grant and trust deeds since i removed him from the deed of trust and i states i am no personally liable for the mortgage doesnt the mortgage company have a problem also 2 seperate companies are trying to forclose on my house is that legal

If your name is not on the mortgage docs, then you're not personally liable for the mortgage payment. After the foreclosure, the lender won't be able to come after you for the loan dues. If there are two separate loans on the property, then both the lenders have the rights to foreclose the property.
