Grantor has taken her maiden name back. When she signs quickclaim deed, does she sign using the her previous married name or sign using her maiden name?

the grantor will first have to sign a quit claim deed using her married name as the grantor and the maiden name as the grantee. this will help her in transferring the property back to her maiden name. then she can use a fresh quit claim deed and transfer the property to any one else.
