my mother in law and her brother in law are on a timeshare they want to switch ownership/on the contract
Hi Guest,
Both of them need to sign a quit claim deed and transfer their property to any other person. They will be considered as the grantor of the property and the person to whom the property is transferred will be considered as the grantee. Once they sign the deed, the grantee needs to record the deed at the county recorder's office.
