when i was divorced 16 yrs ago i was award 50% interest on the property with my ex husband.i just found out in transfered the property into his new wife.my exhusband owes me back pay child support he has child support lien against him. is there anything i can do. he said i cannot do anything about it because i never paid taxes on the property or upgraded the property so whatever he owes me in back pay child support they would deducted it from there. can you please give me advise or just let it go this is all in texas thank you

Welcome to the forum. As you had been awarded 50% interest on the property, you can surely claim you share of the interest. I think your ex-husband is also not paying you the child support. So you can use him for that reason. Contact an attorney ASAP.
If you want your stare of the property then you can even file Partition Lawsuit against you ex-husband. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Contact a family law attorney to enforce your divorce judgment. You should be able to foreclose on the house to get your 50% and the back child support.
