The property was originally purchased as a parsonage to replace the one that the pastor lived in. The agreement was to eventually transfer the house and property over to the pastor. What steps need to be taken to get this done?

The church authorities will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer it to the pastor. The church authorities can contact an attorney and take his help in drafting the deed.
