I purchased a house with my fiance ten years ago. We currently both live in
the house. We both put up an equal amount of the down payment at the time of purchase. My name is on one of the mortgages and her name is on the other.
At the time of closing my name was mistakenly left off the title. How can I add my name to the title now, and do I need any kind of documentation for this process.
Thanks for your response.

Welcome Thedore,
You can ask your fiance to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. Once your fiance does so, you will become one of the owners of the property. You will have to notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office.
