My husband and I purchased a home with his best friend.
We put down the cash amount of half of the purchase price. The friend agreed to match that amount (not in writing unfortunately ) by making improvements to the home. friend aquired a girlfriend w/ 2 children. we already have 3 children. we now have 9 people living here. i just want to sell the house and be on my way. what if the friend doesn't want to sell?what are my legal options?

Welcome sickonze,
You can sell off your share of the property to the friend. You should ask your husband's friend to buy you out. This will help you in getting rid of the property and you'll be able buy a new property of your own.
