Hello,
I need to know what I need to do to sign my boyfriend's and I condo title over to just him. My name is on the title and his but only his name is on the morgage. So I want to give the title of him. What do I need to do? Thanks so much for your time.

You will have to sign a quit claim deed wherein both your boyfriend's name and your name will be mentioned as the grantor and his name will be mentioned as the grantee to the property. This will make him the sole owner of the property. You won't have any ownership rights to the property. Also, you should ask your boyfriend to record the deed at the county recorder's office. This will make the deed valid.
