i just bought a house and my name is the only person on the mortgage and loan,however i quit claimed 50% of it to my fiance. can i put the house on the market without her consent? how do i get back all ownership other than having her quit claim her part back to me?

As your fiancée is one of the owners of the property, you cannot place the property in the market without her consent. Unless she quitclaims the property to you, it won't be possible for you to get back sole ownership of the property.
