PROPERTY TRANSFER

Our daughter has been living on a section of land for 27 years. The land is under fence and has been the entire time she has lived there. Part of the land is in her name and part is in my husband's name on 2 separate deeds. My question is this is there a simple way to transfer this into her & her husband's name without having it surveyed. We want to transfer only part of the property on one deed.

I guess you want to transfer your husband's share of the property to your daughter. In that case, your husband can sign a quit claim deed and transfer the property in her name.
