I'm purchasing a parcel of land from my daughter she is financing the 5 acres, we want to keep this simple, especially since every thing I own will be hers any way,, but just to protect myself and my husbands money , I thought a quick claim deed would work lillian

You can ask your daughter to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the property to you. After the deed is signed by her, you can record the deed at the county recorder's office.
