I got a divorce and my daughter and I moved out.we the bought a mobile home together over 12 years ago. It took both of our incomes at the time to purchase it because of no credit. My daughter got married last year and I still live in the mobile home, she wants her name to be removed from the mortage and title and all responsibility for payments to be removed. My question is, Is that possible and if so what do I need to do to make it happen?
to remove her name from the deed you would have her sign a quit claim deed and you would have to refinance the home to remove her name from the mortgage.

Vibehoney is absolutely right. Taking your daughter's name off the title would not be a problem. All you need is a quit claim deed through which your daughter can transfer her share of interest in the property to you. Then, you can refinance the home in your name.
