My mom passed away and owns a time share in Maui HW. She owned the time share with one of my brothers (joint Tendency) and I'm the Trustor of her estate. My question is:
What do I need to do to complete the transfer of deed of this time share to him?

If there is a will, then you will have to probate the will with the help of an attorney. The attorney will then assist you in transferring the property in your brother's name.
