Granmother past,no contesters,how do I transfer property
to my name with no grantor to sign.
Welcome Kone,

Sorry to know about your grandmother... Hope her soul rests in peace.

You can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to get the property transferred in your name.

Hi Kone!

Welcome to forums!

You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in filing the affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
