My husband has a loan for house but i'm not on loan...should/could we have my name on deed or title? Will this complicate loan approval & closing date?
Hi Shirley!
Welcome to the forums!
You may be able to add your name to the property deed. But before dosing so, it will be better if you could take the opinion of the lender in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi Shirley,
As your name won't be on the loan, many a times, the lender may not allow you to be on the property deed. Thus, as Sussane has said, you should get in touch with the lender and clarify the matter.
Thanks
