My father died and my brother wants to deed the property instead of paying me $100.000.00 I have 3 said children everyone was to get $25,000.00.Can I make him sell the said property and get the money. I do not want the property.Also he says I have to pay the taxes that are due May 15. I do not own the property the trust does and he is the trustee.

You cannot force anyone to sell off the property. You can negotiate with him so that he sells off the property and divides the money accordingly. However, you can even sell off the property once it is transferred to you. Once you inherit the property, you would be responsible for paying the taxes.
