I am in a monagamous relationship, my boyfriend has put me on the deed to his home and we have wills in place, place DPOA, he has 2 children, I have none. Ours wills state should either of us pass the other can live in the home as long as desired or until death, do I need to be worried about his children since I am on the deed if something were to happen to him?
Hi ohnavy!

Welcome to the forums!

As you are on the deed and have a life estate clause mentioned to it, you do not need to worry about the property ownership. You have full rights to that property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi ohnavy,

I agree with Sussane. In case you have doubts regarding the will or the deed, you can contact an attorney and get the details clarified.

Thanks
