Inherited real estate, which deed form do you use after the will was proven solemn and admitted to record and who signs it
Hi wakeupamerica,
If the will have been probated, then the will itself needs to be recorded at the county recorder's office. Then the property will be divided according to the will. Contact your real estate attorney and he will help you in taking the right steps in this regard.
Thanks
