I am on the house deed with my mother for over 30 years.

She now wants to add my siblings to the deed. I am against this as one then plans to take out a loan. Can this be prevented?
Hi precchia!

Welcome to forums!

I don't think you will be able to prevent your mother from adding your sibling into the property. However, you may try and buy out your mother. You can pay her a certain amount of money and ask her to transfer her portion of the property in your name.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
