Would signing an interspousal deed to allow my soon to be ex-husband buy a house hurt me in terms of alimony or other support?
Hi Lj,
I personally feel that signing an inter-spousal deed does not has an affect on alimony or other kind of support.

Does signing it then completely remove me from any rights to the property since we haven't filed for divorce yet?
Yes, after you sign the deed the ownership rights will get transferred in his name. You can go through this page to know more about use of this type of deed - http://www.mortgagefit.com/discuss/interspousal-transferdeed.html

Hi Lj.
When you have already signed the inter-spousal deed, it means that you have given up your interest in that property. Your non-filing the divorce won't affect the property transfer. After the deed is signed, you have no claim to any share of the property which is now solely own by your husband.
