quitclaim deed

I cannot locate my exspouce for him to sign a quitclaim deed on a house (moble home) I was awarded in the divorce decree. I now want to sell and buy another house, what can I do to make all this happen legally?
Thank You
The divorce degree states that the house is to be yours. You can take this divorce agreement to recorder's office in your county for changing ownership for the house. You may have to complete an affidavit in this regard.

Hi Buddy,

Welcome to forums.

You can get a court order through the family court regarding your ownership rights on property after divorce. You can file the court order statement in lieu of a quitclaim deed. You can also try to initiate a quiet title action. However, this may cost you a lot.

Thanks
