Donations and Successions

My home is in my grandparents name, I pay all the bills and everything is in my name. They haven't paid one cent for my home. We signed an act of donation to protect my other family members from taking my home from me. If my family opens succession after my grandparents pass on will the house automatically be paid off? Can my family sue me and take my home away?
An act of donation have been already signed by your grandparents which will help you in getting the property after they are deceased. In that case, your relatives will not be able to sue you or take your home away.
