Can a person who is the subservient (grantor) of an easement to another parcel (the dominant) give permission to another party to also use the easement (driveway) to get to a third parcel?
Hi Maryoser!

Welcome to forums!

If the person has transferred the property to someone else, then he doesn't remain the owner of the property. Thus, he cannot transfer the same property to someone else. It is the new owner who can transfer the property to anyone else.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
