Can a property be sold to a person, if that person is in the Enhanced Deed.
Hi texidory,

I don't think there would be any problem in selling the house, unless there is a mortgage on it. However, the facts you have presented here are too brief for me to give you any suggestion. A little elaboration is required for a better understanding of the situation.

My case is as follow, when my mother died, my father did a enhanced deed for me and my brother, than a year later, he decided he want to sell me the house, for which I gave him 35,000. as down payment, and agreed to pay him $600.00 a month, and we did a contract of sale, this was on May 2007, than on Oct 2007 he did a revocation of the deed, but now in Feb 2009, he decided that he want me to retrn the property back to him.Can he do that.can he brake the contract ?can he have sold me the house, when I was in the deed.the name of him, my brother and myself, still shows in the title.
