I WANT TO TRANSFER MY HOME TO MY DAUGHTER BUT I WANT TO NOW IF I CAN GET OUT THE EQUITY THAT I HAVE EARN IN MY HOME BEFORE I TRANSFER MY HOME TO MY DAUGHTER

Hi vflores,

It's not possible to get the equity out. Once you transfer it to your daughter, you lose all your rights to the property.
