Is it a way for the other in the will to pay me off

can the get a loan and buy me out do I need eryone to sing being the exectity of the esteate
If anyone is willing to take over property ownership from all other heirs then he can do so if other heirs consent to it.

A written approval will be required from other heirs where they will confirm that they do not have any objection to it and have agreed to give up their share for a specified amount of consideration.

However, there are no mortgage loans available which a person can take to pay off the other heirs named on the will. To get a mortgage the person should have ownership of property to be kept as collateral for the loan.

Others named on the will can pay you off if they agree to take over the share you are receiving according to the will. But they cannot get a mortgage for that purpose as no lender would agree to lend until they have ownership rights over the house and are able to qualify for the mortgage.

Mortgage loan is not available which can be used for this purpose but they can look for any kind of personal loan.
