i own the homw my mom and step dad live in. i bought it ffrom my mom a few years back. now she passed away. since i had bought it my brother had moved back home. he trying to tell me his dad still has some kind of claim to the property.The house is paid off. The only thing her husband name was on the mortgage. Which i paid off which i paid off wih a check from my accounct in 2006. The deed is in my name . Insurance in my name. So does he have any rights since i basically own it. Besides renters rights.
