MY DAD IS PRETTY MUCH GOING TO LOOSE THE CASE SO BEFORE HE IS DEPORTED HE WANTS TO PUT ME IN CHARGE OF PROPERTIES, CARS, ETC.. BEFORE HE IS DEPORTED HOW CAN I DO THAT WITH HIM BEING IN JAIL? WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? DOES THAT NOTARY PUBLIC HAVE TO BE PRESENT?

Your father needs to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the properties to you. You should contact his lawyer and he would be able to let you know whether or not the properties can be transferred in your name when your father is in jail.
