My father transfer our lot to the name of my sister, im at legal age. can they do it without my approval and signature?

If your name is not mentioned on the property deed as one of the owners of the property, then your father can definitely transfer the property to your sister without your permission.

Ownership of a property affords a person the ability to dispose of that property in any way he or she wishes. Therefore, as Sara noted, unless you are an owner of property, you'd have no say in the matter.
