My sister has coherced my father into transfering the title of his home to be put in her name. Our father is 96 years old and is usually not able to comprehend what is going on. What can I do? Please help me, as I have no money to spend on an attorney, and feel she has been greedy, dishonest. My sister has done this without my knowledge
Thank you Ms Rice

Hi mrice!
Welcome to forums!
If your father has already transferred the property in your sister's name, then I don't think you've much to do. She would be considered the owner of the property. However, if your father has been declared by the doctor that he is incompetent to sign a deed, then I think you will be able to challenge the property deed. However, you'll have to contact an attorney for that.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

contact your local legal aid office to see if you can get free legal counsel. this seems to be a fraudulent transfer by your sister, and you need a lawyer's help.
