My Mom and Dad apparently signed a deed to my brother in a life estate and he gave them 10 dollars for this property. When Dad died all our siblings signed Letters Testamentary and gave my Mother the right to be the executrix of Dad's estate and the property went into my Mom's name at the courthouse and tax office. My oldest brother says he will still own the property when she dies but Mother wrote her will giving the property at her death to my youngest brother, so my question as her POA and executrix of her estate is who will legally get the place and what do I need to do when my Mom passes away.
Hi carouselady!
Welcome to forums!
As a quitclaim deed was signed by your parents to transfer the property to your brother, that will remain in effect. I think you should consult a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this issue.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

As your mother got property rights after death of your dad so it will decide mother will .
As my view mother has right to choose owner of her property.
