My Dad passed away and My step brother has filed a waranty deed that my dad was to of signd in 06 do my brother and sister and I have any sayso in this ?????

As far as I know, a property deed filed after the grantor's death will not be considered as a valid document. I would suggest you to contact your real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard.

Hi randy,

As far as I know, what Sussane has said is applicable in all states. However, you can contact your county recorder's office and check out if this is applicable in your state.
